We've furnished the living room of the apartment with an inviting leather couch. Several guide books and picture books on Paris, the local region, and France are also available. On the wall, we've hung a replica of the Plan Turgot, the first scale map of Paris, made for Louis XV in 1739.

The TV in the apartment has cable with several foreign-language channels.

The original hardwood floor has been restored and retains its natural beauty. The two large windows, as well as the window nearer to the kitchen, allow plenty of natural light to fill the room. Moreover, on some evenings you can look down from one of the windows into an active painters' workshop.
