Paris is known for its very good transportation system, and the Parisian Dream apartment is around the corner from a number of bus and subway stops. The subway, called the métro, is the fastest way to get around the city. However, if you'd like to see Paris in action, we recommend taking a bus. Visit our "Paris Monuments" page to get an idea of how far your apartment is from various sites around the city.

There are, of course, many taxis in Paris as well. In order to take a taxi, you can request to have one come to the apartment, go to a nearby taxi stand, or wave one down on the street.

A privately run "hop-on, hop-off" tour bus service, which stops at many sites in Paris, also passes through the Place de la Bastille and down Rue Saint Antoine.
